What we collect
When you submit the booking form or talk to the charter concierge on this site, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, the date you are asking about, your party size, and anything you write in the message field.
We also receive standard technical information that your browser sends to any website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details through this website.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to hold and confirm your charter, and to reach you about your trip — including if weather forces a change of plan. That is the whole purpose.
If you ask a question through the charter concierge, the text of that conversation is processed so we can answer it and so we can pass the details of a booking request to the captains.
Who sees it
The captains and whoever is handling bookings. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf so this site can function — website hosting, email delivery, and the AI provider behind the charter concierge. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for anything else.
We will disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into bookings are kept while they are still useful to follow up, and then deleted. Booking records are kept as long as we need them for our own business and tax records.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Messages from us
We will contact you about the charter you asked about. If we ever send anything else, every message will say who it is from and how to stop receiving them, and stopping will be honoured.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to any text messages.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party ad trackers. Anything stored in your browser is there to make the site work.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing GulfportChartersfl@gmail.com. We will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Children are of course welcome aboard with their family — that is a booking made by an adult.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
